Strong Families, Safe Children

The Strong Families Safe Children program is a six-month home based program that strives to help parents provide a safe, caring and lasting relationship with their children. It also helps parents see their own positive parenting traits, and build on them. This program is availible to all residents of Mackinac County.

Participants in Strong Families Safe Children are provided with resources such as parenting, financial, educational and medical information. Families are also provided with child safety equipment, beds, car seats, high chairs, and baby needs (diapers, clothing, bottles, etc.)
